Beach Dress

The answer is simple; a tunic. This is like a nice light, breezy beach shirt that allows you to protect yourself from the sun but also allows you to be more modest on a patio. A tunic is up to just over the buttocks. If you prefer a long model, you can look at a kaftan which is like a long dress. With a pareo you can go either way; you can tie it yourself into a short skirt, long skirt, halter dress or as a wrap.
