Shipping & Shipping Costs

Shipping & delivery time

We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on working days before 4:00 pm are usually shipped the same day. If this is not possible, we will ship your order no later than the next working day.

Most products are available directly from stock, as indicated on the product pages. If this is not the case, this will also be stated on the product page. If the delivery time turns out to be different from what we expected, we will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible.

Shipping costs

All prices shown include VAT, but exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs are €5.95 per order.

For orders from € 75, we will cover the shipping costs.

For some countries, especially outside the EU, we may charge a surcharge. This surcharge covers additional costs such as international shipping, island surcharges, tolls and fuel surcharges. These costs fall outside the free shipping arrangement and are always clearly shown in advance.

Delivery

We only ship via insured parcel post. For standard shipments, we use the services of DPD.

In exceptional cases, we ship via PostNL when we expect this to better suit the situation. Any additional costs are covered by us.

Parcel carriers deliver from Monday to Saturday between 8:30 am and 6:00 pm. Through the Predict service, DPD informs you in advance about the delivery day and time window.

With the 14-digit parcel number from the shipping confirmation, you can track your order via the DPD website.
