Order Withdrawal

Changed your mind after all? No problem. You can use the button below to exercise your right of withdrawal. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it immediately. If your order is already on its way or has been delivered, you can of course still withdraw from the purchase. From a logistics point of view, we will then process this as a return shipment. After receiving your request, we will check the details provided and send you a confirmation as soon as possible. We aim to process withdrawal requests on the same working day. Withdrawal from an order is subject to our Return & Cancellation Policy.
