Terms & Conditions of Action

General Rules

1. Prize draws, review promotions and other promotions are organised by Dutch Designers Outlet ®, based in Nijmegen. These promotional terms apply to prize draws, review promotions and other promotions.
2. Participation in promotions is free of charge.
3. Each participant may participate in a promotion no more than once.
4. Participants are required to provide correct, current and complete information when entering a prize draw or review promotion.
5. Participants must comply with the Advertising Code for Social Media.
6. The duration of the promotion is stated in the promotion description.
7. To participate, a participant must be at least 16 years old and reside in the Netherlands or Belgium. All other participants may be excluded from participation.
8. The winner is selected randomly and impartially.
9. Winners will be personally informed within 5 working days after the promotion closes via the email address used to participate.
10. Dutch Designers Outlet ® may, at its own discretion and without prior notice, amend or adjust these promotional terms during the promotion period, or amend or adjust the Promotion without giving reasons, unless this is to the disadvantage of the participant.
11. No correspondence will be entered into regarding results.
12. Prizes cannot be exchanged for money or other goods.
13. If gambling tax is payable, Dutch Designers Outlet ® will take care of this.
14. Employees of Dutch Designers Outlet ® are excluded from participation.
15. The personal data obtained in the context of prize draws and review promotions will only be used by Dutch Designers Outlet ® for the relevant promotion and will not be provided to third parties.
16. In cases not covered by these terms, a decision will be made by Dutch Designers Outlet ®.
17. Dutch Designers Outlet ® conducts its promotions in accordance with the Dutch Promotional Games of Chance Code of 1 January 2014.
18. These terms are governed by Dutch law.
19. Participants who do not comply with the above terms may be excluded from participation.
20. Credits obtained from any type of promotion or offer expire after one calendar year from the moment of receipt, unless stated otherwise.
21. For questions and/or complaints, Dutch Designers Outlet ® can be contacted.

3 for 2 Promotion

• You receive 1 item free when purchasing 3 selected items or more.
• Shop at least 3 selected items → the 3 most expensive items form a bundle.
• Within that bundle, the cheapest item is completely free.
• Shopping more items? Then this is applied again each time to the next 3 most expensive items.
• This way, in bundles of 3, you always receive the cheapest item as a gift.
• Only applies to items with the “3 for 2” symbol.
• If a return means the quota of 3 is no longer met, the discount will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
• 3 for 2 discounts from a return shipment cannot be offset against a new or different order.

If you receive a refund after a return shipment, the price paid will be refunded. If you paid a promotional/offer price, the reduced price will logically be refunded. If an order no longer meets the promotion conditions after items are returned, we reserve the right to refuse the offer/discount.
