Terms & Conditions of Action

Below you will find the terms and conditions that apply to all giveaways, review actions, and other promotions from Dutch Designers Outlet ®. Read them carefully to be fully aware of the rules that apply.

General Rules

1. Giveaways, review actions, and other promotions are organized by Dutch Designers Outlet ®, located in Nijmegen. These terms and conditions apply to giveaways, review actions, and other promotions.
2. Participation in the actions is free of charge.
3. Each participant may participate only once in an action.
4. Participants are required to provide correct, current, and complete information when participating in a contest or review action.
5. Participants must comply with the Advertising Code for Social Media.
6. The duration of the action is indicated in the description of the action.
7. To be eligible to participate, a participant must be at least 16 years old and reside in the Netherlands or Belgium. All other participants can be excluded from participation.
8. The drawing of the winner will be done randomly and impartially.
9. Winners will be personally informed within 5 working days after the closing of an action via the email address used to participate in the action.
10. Dutch Designers Outlet ® may change or adjust these terms and conditions during the action period at its discretion and without prior notice, or may change or adjust the Action without giving any reason, unless this causes disadvantage to the participant.
11. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the results.
12. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.
13. If gambling tax needs to be paid, Dutch Designers Outlet ® will take care of this.
14. Employees of Dutch Designers Outlet ® are excluded from participation.
15. The personal data obtained in the context of giveaways and review actions will only be used by Dutch Designers Outlet ® for the respective action and will not be provided to third parties.
16. In cases where these terms do not provide a provision, a decision will be made by Dutch Designers Outlet ®.
17. Dutch Designers Outlet ® operates its actions in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Promotional Games of Chance of January 1, 2014.
18. Dutch law applies to these conditions.
19. Participants who do not meet the above conditions may be excluded from participation.
20. Credits obtained from any form of action or offer have a validity period of one calendar year starting from the moment of receipt unless stated otherwise.

3 Buy 2 Pay Action

• You get 1 item for free with the purchase of 3 selected items or more.
• Shop at least 3 selected items → the 3 most expensive items make up a bundle.
• Of that bundle, the cheapest item is completely free!
• If you shop for more items, this will be reapplied to the next 3 most expensive items.
• This way, you always get the cheapest item for free in bundles of 3.
• Applies only to items with the “3 buy, 2 pay” symbol.
• In the case of a return where the quota of 3 is no longer met, the discount will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
• 3 buy 2 pay discounts from a return cannot be deducted from a new or other order.

If you receive a refund after a return, the paid price will be refunded. If you paid a promotional/offer price, the reduced price will logically be refunded. When an order no longer meets the action conditions after return, we reserve the right to refuse the offer/discount.
