Return & Cancellation Policy

Canceling
You can always cancel an order free of charge, as long as it has not yet been shipped by us. When you cancel the order after it has been shipped, you can refuse it upon delivery.

A canceled or refused order will be refunded to you within 14 days at the latest. This period begins as soon as the package has been received by us.

Returning
We ask you to handle our products carefully, not to damage the packaging, and not to fold bras to prevent damage to the cups. We are not too strict about returning products, but do go through the following rules so you know what to expect and to avoid surprises.

  • Except for all sex toys, lubricants, cleaning and massage products, soaps, silicone products and other items that come into direct contact with the skin via a stick option, as well as our gift packaging and gift cards, you can return all products without any hassle.
  • After receiving the products, you have a 14-day reflection period. Within that period, you can withdraw if necessary.
  • If the sewn label has been removed for any reason, an item can unfortunately no longer be returned.
  • After you have canceled the purchase within the period stated above - in accordance with the right of withdrawal - you have 14 days to return the order.
  • The costs for the return shipment are at your own expense, varying by carrier and type of shipment. Our advice is to send with tracking; even though it is slightly more expensive. You are also responsible for the delivery; therefore, keep your Track & Trace code safe.
  • Ensure proper packaging, sufficient postage, and a correct address.
  • The amount to be refunded is the sum of the purchase amounts of the returned products; if you returned the entire order, we will also refund the shipping costs (from us to you) if these were charged to you.
  • The refund will be made within 14 days after withdrawal, provided the return shipment is received in good condition.
  • The refund will be made using the same payment method you used to pay.
  • In addition to the above points, the General Terms and Conditions of Delivery also apply.

In the following situations, we will charge fees
These are costs that we are actually charged when such a situation occurs. The amount is a total that consists of the shipping costs, a 'penalty fee' and a fuel surcharge. The costs will be deducted from any refundable amount.

  • Not picking up your package at a pick-up location (€ 13.45).
  • Providing an incorrect address (€ 13.45).
  • Submitting a package at a DPD Pickup Shop as a return sender (€ 13.45).

 

  • Cancelling orders with items with lead time Cancellation of orders with items with a specified lead time
    Orders for items with a stated lead time can be canceled out of goodwill before they are shipped. After ordering from the supplier, cancellations can no longer be made free of charge. In the event of cancellation, a processing and restocking fee of 15% of the order value will be charged, with a minimum of €5 and a maximum of €15.

 

You may still wish to receive the order. We will resend the package after you have paid the amount above and any shipping costs.

If you use a customs form, please indicate that it is a return shipment of consumer goods. Any costs that are passed on to us because this is omitted will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

You may try on items, but not wear them. Try on a pair of panties over your own underwear. Before shipping, we check all items for quality. Items that show signs of use upon return receipt are unsalable for us and we may charge a depreciation fee for that. If you damage, soil, or in any way make an item unsalable, we may offset the depreciation caused with the amount to be refunded.

You should return the item, if reasonably possible, in its original packaging. Note: Removing tags and labels or damaging boxes is unnecessary for trying on items. Once these have been removed or damaged, this results in a significant depreciation that can be passed on to the customer by Dutch Designers Outlet. The resulting depreciation will then be deducted from the amount to be refunded. This depreciation can amount to up to 100% of the purchase amount.
