Warranty & Complaints

We guarantee that the products we supply meet the specifications stated for the product in question and that they are in good condition and function properly under normal use. If you receive an article where this is not the case, we will offer you a suitable solution as soon as possible. Depending on the item, we will do this by repairing, replacing or refunding the purchase price.


In addition to the statutory warranty, the manufacturer's warranty applies to certain items. A manufacturer's warranty is an additional warranty given by the importer or manufacturer. The manufacturer or importer can impose its own conditions on this warranty. The warranty period also depends on the manufacturer.


What should I do if I have received the wrong item?

Received a wrong product? Report this within 24 hours after receipt via e-mail (receptie@dutchdesignersoutlet.com).


Write in the e-mail not only what has been received wrong but also mention the order number, this is on the invoice sent along. You will soon receive a response with a solution and how to proceed. It is possible that we ask you to return the product together with our letter before we send a possible replacement or refund.


If you have not notified us of the above within 24 hours of receipt, we will assume that delivery has been made in accordance with your wishes.


Do you have another complaint or can't you find a solution in our solution?

Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be submitted within a reasonable time, fully and clearly described, after you have discovered the defects.


We take your complaint seriously and it will be answered within 3 working days from the date of receipt. If a complaint requires a foreseeable longer processing time, we will respond with an acknowledgement of receipt and an indication of when you can expect a more detailed answer.


If you do not agree with the solution offered by us, you have the right to turn to Webshopkeur, after which you can possibly go to TheDisputes Committee which pronounces a binding decision for both parties. In addition, you can also submit the complaint or dispute to theEuropean Online Dispute Platform (ODR).
