Return & Cancellation Terms.

Cancel
You can always cancel an order free of charge as long as it has not been shipped by us. If you cancel the order after it has been shipped, you can refuse it upon delivery.

We will refund a canceled or refused order to you within 14 days at the latest. This period starts as soon as the package is received by us.

Returns
We ask that you handle our products with care, do not damage the packaging and do not fold bras to avoid damaging the cups. About returning products we are not so difficult, please read the following rules so you know what to expect and not to be surprised.

• Except for all sextoys, lubricants, cleansers and massagers, soaps, silicone products and other items that come into direct contact with the skin through an adhesive option , as well as our gift boxes and gift certificates, you can return all products without any problem.
• After receiving the products, you have 14 days for reflection. During this period you can revoke your purchase.
• After you have cancelled the purchase in the aforementioned period - in accordance with the right of withdrawal - you have 14 days to return the order.

• The costs for the return shipment are for your own account, these vary per carrier and type of shipment. Our advice is a shipment with track and trace; although that is slightly more expensive. You are responsible for the delivery, so keep your Track & Trace code carefully.
• Make sure it is properly packed, with sufficient postage and a correct address.
• The amount to be refunded is the sum of the purchase amounts of the returned products; if you have returned the entire order, we will also refund the shipping costs (from us to you) if they were charged to you.
• The refund is no later than within 14 after revocation, provided the return is received in good order.
• The refund will be made using the same means of payment you used to pay.
• In addition to the above points, the General Terms of Delivery also apply.

We charge fees in the following situations
These are fees that are actually charged to us when such a situation occurs. The amount is a sum that consists of the shipping costs, a "penalty charge" and fuel surcharge. The charges are deducted from any refundable amount.

• Failure to pick up your package from a pickup location (€13.45).
• Providing an incorrect address (€ 13.45).
• Offering a parcelfor return deliveryat a DPD Pickup Shop (€ 13.45).

  Orders for items with a specified delivery time may be cancelled out of goodwill before shipment. After ordering from the supplier, cancellations are no longer possible free of charge. In case of cancellation, a bearit and return fee of 15% of the order value will be charged, with a minimum of €5 and a maximum of €15.

You may still wish to receive the order. We will resend the package after you have paid the above amount and any shipping costs.

Are you using a customs form. Please indicate on this form that it is a return of consumer goods. Any costs charged to us for failure to do so will be deducted from the amount to be returned.

Items may be tried on, but not worn. Please try on pants over your own. Before shipping, we check all items for quality. Items that show signs of use upon return are unsalable to us and may be subject to a depreciation charge. If you damage, dirty or in any way render an item unmarketable, we may deduct the resulting depreciation from the amount to be refunded.

Return the item in its original packaging if reasonably possible. Please note: Removing tags and labels or damaging boxes is unnecessary for fitting the items. At the time they are removed or damaged provides a significant depreciation in value by Dutch Designers Outlet can be charged to the customer. The resulting depreciation will be deducted from the refund. This depreciation can be up to 100% of the purchase amount.
