Delivery time and order processing

We would like to inform you about the processing and delivery of orders during public holidays.

Items with a delivery time

When this applies, we use an estimated delivery time of around 3 to 5 working days before the item arrives with us (DDO). We then ship it to you immediately.

Working days and processing

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed during the weekend are processed from Monday. Depending on when you place your order, this may slightly extend the total delivery time.

Ordered multiple brands?

If you have ordered items from different brands, they may arrive with us at different times. Some brands deliver from the Netherlands, others from abroad, which may affect the delivery time.

Track & Trace

As soon as we have received the goods you ordered, we will ship your order. You will then receive an email with the Track & Trace details for your parcel.

Public holidays and busy periods

Sometimes delivery may take a little longer, especially around public holidays or when products come from international suppliers.

We keep you informed

We do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible, and of course we keep you informed. You will automatically receive a message as soon as your order has been shipped by DDO.

We can deliver most of our range directly from our own stock. This means that if you order on working days before 16:00, your order will be shipped the same day. Otherwise, you can expect shipment on the next working day.

It is good to know that we purchase products from some brands to order. We do this directly with the supplier, we maintain close contact, and stock is checked daily. This allows us to offer a broad range in all sizes. The downside is that shipment of the order can sometimes take a little longer than usual.

The delivery time is shown with every product in our shop: directly from stock or with a delivery time. This delivery time is indicative; we too regularly have to deal with delayed deliveries. And sometimes we do have an item with a delivery time in stock after all. In that case, the delivery time is much shorter.

Have you ordered multiple brands? Then please allow for the supplier with the longest delivery time.

Cancelling items with a delivery time

Important to know

Orders for items with a stated delivery time may be cancelled as a gesture of goodwill as long as they have not yet been ordered. Once we have ordered the item from the supplier, cancellation is no longer possible. The purchase obligation has then already been fulfilled by Dutch Designers Outlet. For this reason, in the event of cancellation we charge the costs already incurred that are directly linked to your order.

These costs consist of: purchase costs, transport/import costs and processing costs. You will always receive a clear specification in advance before further processing takes place.

Brands with a delivery time

The brands below are not, or only partly, held in stock in our warehouse. The exact delivery time can sometimes be difficult to predict, but as a basic guideline you can assume that the supplier delivers to us within 3 to 5 working days.
