We do everything we can to make sure our products are a perfect fit for you, but sometimes something still turns out differently than expected. No problem, returns are simply part of online shopping. We hope to make you happy next time with a perfect match.

How to keep your items in good condition

✔ Trying on is allowed

Lingerie and swimwear may be tried on indoors.

✔ Try on hygienically

Always try on items without a hygiene strip over your own underwear.

✖ Do not wear

Worn items can no longer be returned.

✖ No damage

Do not fold bras and do not damage packaging or labels.

! Keep fresh

Do not store items in smoky rooms, kitchens or near pets.

We apply strict conditions so you can be sure products are new.

Exchange in 3 steps

1. Register the products for return via your account.

2. Place a new order.

3. Choose settle against credit when paying.

ℹ Good to know

Do you need to pay an additional amount after settlement? Then we will send you a payment request by email. If credit remains, it will stay in your account and can be paid out on request.

We reserve your new order for 14 days, so your size is not taken by someone else.

ℹ Good to know

For an exchange, shipping costs are charged again for the new shipment.

Returns step by step

1. Go to ‘Returns’ in your account.

2. Log in if necessary.

3. Select your order.

4. Choose the items you are sending back.

5. Add a reason or comment if you wish.

6. Create your return form by pressing the 'Register Return' button.

7. Print the form or write the return number on the packing slip to include it.

You are responsible for the shipment yourself. Make sure you use proper packaging, sufficient postage and keep your track & trace details safe. Send the parcel to the address below:
