Exchanges and Returns

We would love for all our products to meet your expectations, but unfortunately that is impossible. Sometimes the article is not comfortable and sometimes the 'live' is just disappointing. Returning is simply part of shopping. We respect your decision and hope that we can make you happy with another item.


Our lingerie and swimwear may of course be tried on indoors, but not worn. We would also like to kindly request you to try on lingerie or swimwear that doesn't have a hygiene strip, over your own underwear. Please do not store our articles in smoky rooms, in the kitchen or near pets. Lingerie and swimwear that doesn't smell fresh or doesn't look nice, we can't and won't offer it to our clients anymore.


We think it is important that our customers can be sure that the hygienic products are new when they are delivered. Because we sell underwear and lingerie, we have to apply strict return conditions to ensure this hygiene. Toreturn products there are a number of conditions which you can read in the Return and Cancellation Conditions read back. We also ask that you handle our products with care, do not damage the packaging and do not fold bras to prevent damage to the cups.



Would you prefer to exchange your order for an alternative size or a different product in return? Then follow this simple procedure to make it happen:
  1. First report your return using the normal procedure explained below.
  2. Then place a new order as usual. Our system knows that there is something coming back and gives you the choice of the payment method to settle the order with this.

As soon as we have received your return shipment we will put the amount to be received as a credit in your account. Your new order will then be offset against this amount and if the amount to be received equals the amount to be paid, it will be posted immediately. If it turns out that you have to pay an additional amount after settlement, we will notify you by email and offer you the option of paying it online.


If you have any credit left in your account after settlement and want to receive it on your bank account, please contact our customer service.


This method prevents someone else from taking your size or product because we have not been able to process your return shipment yet. We will keep your new order in reserve for you for 14 days.



Before you send a product back to us you will have to claim your right of withdrawal by filling in the form designed for this purpose; we have simplified and digitized this as much as possible. Registering a return is super simple and takes no more than 7 easy steps.


  1. Go to 'Returns' in your account.
  2. Log in if the website asks you to.
  3. Select the order of which you wish to return one or more products.
  4. Enter the number of items you wish to return per item.
  5. Provide a non-binding explanation of the reason for your return.
  6. Click on 'Create a return form'.
  7. You will see a summary of your return form. Print this form by pressing 'Print return form'.


Please include the return form with the items to be returned.

Be careful not to fold bras.
