Cancellation
You can always cancel an order free of charge as long as it has not yet been shipped by us. If you cancel the order after it has been shipped, you can refuse it upon delivery.
A canceled or refused order will be refunded to you no later than 14 days after we receive the package.
Returns
We ask you to handle our products carefully, avoid damaging the packaging, and not fold bras to prevent damage to the cups. We’re easy-going about returning products, just take a moment to read the following rules so you know what to expect and avoid any surprises.
In the following situations, we charge costs
These are costs that we are actually charged when such a situation occurs. The amount is a sum that consists of shipping costs, a 'penalty fee', and fuel surcharge. The costs will be deducted from any amounts to be refunded.
You may still wish to receive the order. We will resend the package once you have paid the aforementioned amount and any shipping costs.
If you use a customs form. Please indicate that it concerns a return of consumer goods. Any costs that are passed on to us for failing to do so will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
You may try on items, but do not wear them. Try on panties over your own underwear. We check all items for quality before shipping. Items that show signs of use upon return are unsellable to us, and we may charge for value reduction. If you damage, soil, or in any way render an item unsellable, we can deduct the resulting value reduction from the amount to be refunded.
You should return the item, if reasonably possible, in the original packaging. Note: Removing tags and labels or damaging boxes is unnecessary for trying on items. Once removed or damaged, this leads to a significant value reduction which may be charged to the customer by Dutch Designers Outlet. The resulting value reduction can be up to 100% of the purchase price.
