Find Me Some Body To Love

Find Me Some Body To Love
dec 1, 2020

Today it's time to kill two birds with one stone, high honored audience. It may have seemed as if we were just going to stay in the late summer until the first crocuses reappeared in March, but unfortunately. It's really getting colder now, which is allowed, with the holidays of December, if you ask me. Soon that poor saint will have to go up on the roof in his underdress and beard tied together with an elastic band, like a hipster. No not hipster as in a nice smooth slip, but hipster as in that just too smooth neighbor with a beard and a racing bike.

Okay, I'm wandering off. Where were we? Yeah, right. Cold. We're gonna see if we can get something warm under our clothes today. Stylish designer lingerie, of course, but with a thong, it's gonna be a really cool winter. Luckily I have two great alternatives: the body and the bustier.

The second fly

So nice and warm for the winter, but what's that second fly then? Maybe I should start at the beginning and explain exactly what such a body and bustier is. Not only are they nice to keep yourself warm: you can also use them to get someone else warm with playful ease...

What's a bustier? And a body?

Bodies and bustiers are two variants of the same lingerie concept. Both designs are actually a bra, but with a little more. With a body, the model runs all over your body - what's in a name? - while a bustier is more like a bra with underneath a kind of top up to about the diaphragm. Neither an obvious choice. But both are wonderfully warm in winter. And most of all, both very tempting, if you handle it right...

From armor to disarmament: the origin of the body

Funnily enough, a body used to be the most normal lingerie there was. Before the bra was invented, wearing a complete torso-covering body was the norm, at least for richer ladies who could afford one. The real invention of the body only had to do with very different things. At the time, what is now a body was called a corselet. It still contains the French 'corps' and the Latin 'corpus': both words for 'body' or 'body'. The first bodies had nothing to do with comfort. Initially they were made of metal (!).

A corselet was a chest armor, usually with a back plate. With this, soldiers or knights protected themselves in the battles of the Middle Ages. It took a while until someone discovered that you could also make a fine lingerie design with it, but once they were made in textile, the fence was off the dam. Instead of a defensive armor, it was now a weapon in the charm offensive of the better off ladies. Make love, not war was clearly invented before the first hippies were born!

Find me some body to love

The modern body is surprisingly comfortable and practical too. It's great to put on an elegant body and be ready for your outerwear at once: briefs and bra are arranged in one fell swoop. A very nice advantage of this full body lingerie is the, uh, how do I put it, neat, smoothing function. Because it's actually a kind of body sleeve, the elastic design pulls all the folds, rolls and unwanted curves tight and smooth. But without pinching it, because there are no 'hard' seams that can pinch all the points of pain. Wonderfully comfortable, nice and warm and then automatically in top shape: I told you that body was a must-have, right?

Work that body!

But a body is also a real godsend as part of your office outfit, to name just one example. Blow it up, pants over it, nice shoes and you're ready for the day! Still going out in the evening? Yes okay, everything is closed for a while, but who knows, maybe you'll be at a party or in the theatre again soon: then you'll be ready with that body as well. Nice skirt, or those tight leather pants you never dare to put on, and you're good to go. It can also be spicy, by the way: if you like it a bit more exciting, a lace body is a guaranteed hot runner: not only for your body, but also for the body and mind of the audience!

Bustier: little bra, little body, 100% sexy

We now switch from the category 'nice and warm' to the category 'blood hot'. This winter you will definitely save on your energy bill by visiting our webshop and choosing a nice bustier. It's hardly going to get any sexier. On the one hand a bustier not only covers your breasts like a bra does, complete with the perfect cup and size and the most refined designs, but also the upper part of your upper body. Depending on the design, a bustier runs roughly down to your diaphragm, or your floating ribs viewed from the side. And you will be seen in your new design bustier! The sexy vibes are not of the air in this beautiful balance between concealment, seduction and still just a little more show. Really something to play with: in the bedroom you're the boss this winter!

Busters with benefits

What's great about your new bustier is the supporting and shaping function. A good bustier does everything you expect from a fine bra, but then, well, more exciting. This is a real classic that will make many a heart beat faster. It turns every December day into a holiday, just when you want it. To finish it off, shop for a nice matching pair of briefs. A thong can also work nicely underneath it, or lace briefs with pipes: it's just what you feel best about. Do you really want to shine the Christmas tree this holiday season? Finish it off with some nice stockings underneath. Count on you to keep the cold out this winter - so a bustier is good for your resistance too - and that of your partner.
