Promotional Conditions & Rules of the Game

Below you'll find the terms and conditions and game rules that apply to all winnings, reviews and other promotions of Dutch Designers Outlet ®. Please read them carefully and you will be fully aware of the rules that apply.

1. Win actions, review actions and other promotions are organized by Dutch Designers Outlet ® based in Nijmegen. Winctions, reviews andother promotions are subject to these terms and conditions.
2. Participation in actions is free of charge.
3. Each participant can participate in a promotion a maximum of once.
4. Participants are obliged to provide correct, up-to-date and complete information when participating in a contest or review.
5. Participants must comply with the Advertising Code Social Media.
6. The duration of the promotion is indicated in the description of the promotion.
7. In order to take part, a participant must be at least 16 years of age and reside in the Netherlands or Belgium. All other participants may be excluded from participation.
8. The winner will be drawn at random and impartially.
9. Winners will be personally notified via the email address used to enter the promotion within 5 working days of closing the promotion.
10. Dutch Designers Outlet ® may, at its own discretion and without prior notice, change or modify these Promotion Terms during the Campaign run time, or change or modify the Campaign without giving any reason, unless this results in disadvantage to the entrant.
11. No correspondence will be entered into regarding results.
12. Prices are not exchangeable for money or other goods.
13. If gambling tax has to be paid, Dutch Designers Outlet ® will take care of this.
14. Employees of Dutch Designers Outlet ® are excluded from participation.
15. The personal data obtained in the context of win actions and review actions will only be used by Dutch Designers Outlet ® for the relevant action and will not be provided to third parties.
16. In cases not provided for in these conditions, a decision will be taken by Dutch Designers Outlet ®.
17. Dutch Designers Outlet ® acts with its actions in accordance with the Code of Conduct Promotional Gaming of 1 January 2014.
18. These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
19. Participants who do not meet the above conditions may be excluded from participation.
20. Funds obtained from any form of action or offer have a expiry period of one calendar year commencing at the time of receipt unless otherwise indicated.
