What are Samples

Samples are exclusive, but buy at your own risk. This means:

• No warranty for deviations in fit, size, color or finish.
• No free return if the item does not like, does not fit properly or deviates from your expectations.

Samples are special, unique items used by lingerie brands during the development and presentation of new collections. They are made for trade shows, shows, retailers and photo shoots - not for sale. Therefore, here are some important points to know before purchasing a sample.

1. Unique and one of a kind
   A sample is often the first model of a design. There is usually only one size and one model available, in a standard size 75B, 75D or bottoms in size M.

2. Possible differences
   Samples are made in the design phase and may differ from the final product. Think of color differences, finishing and differences in use of materials. If you combine a sample with a regular article, the differences may be visible.

3. No labels and different sizing
   Samples have no washing, composition or size labels. We use the size as indicated on the package in which we receive them from the supplier. Because samples go through several fitting sessions before the final fit is determined, the size may differ from later production models.

4. No quality control and warranty
   Samples are not produced for sale and do not go through standard quality control. They are therefore outside the manufacturer's warranty. Quality, fit and sizes may differ from items in the regular collection.
