Returns form

You hereby inform us that you are revoking the agreement - whereby the General Terms and Conditions for Webshops and the Right of Revocation apply - concerning the sale of the products mentioned on the previous page.

The costs for returning goods are for the consumer upon dissolution of the agreement, based on the right of withdrawal. Read more about our Return Conditions here.

Go for a full 100% refund.
The items below will lead to a reduction in value and a refund of 75% of the amount or even 0% if the item can no longer be sold as new:

• Double folded cups.
• Damage and folds in the product.
• Dirty product.

Are you using a customs form. Please indicate on this form that it is a return of consumer goods. Any costs charged to us for failure to do so will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
