Most items are usually shipped the order up next business day. Depending on the chosen payment method. In the ordering process you can choose the address to which the package should be shipped; we deliver to any address but not to PO boxes. For orders from € 69 we bear the shipping costs but not any zone charges that may be charged for foreign shipments.

The driver has left a notification for you indicating where your package is. Follow the instructions on this bill and you will have your package in your possession as soon as possible.

Your orders have a reflection period of 14 days. Within this period, you may inspect, assess, and/or try on the item, unless stated otherwise. You can return almost all items purchased at Dutch Designers Outlet ® completely and - as far as reasonably possible - in their original condition and packaging within the reflection period.
