In the ordering process you make your own choice to which address the parcel should be sent; we deliver to any address but not to P.O. Boxes. All sales prices shown are including VAT, but excluding shipping costs. In the shopping cart and checkout you can see exactly what the shipping costs are for your order, before your order is finally placed. For orders from €65 we bear theshipping costs but not any zone costs that may be charged for foreign shipments.

The driver makes one delivery attempt as standard.

Weren't you at home during the first delivery attempt? Then the driver will try to deliver your parcel to the neighbours or to the nearest Pickup parcel shop on his route.

The driver left you a notification stating where your package is. Follow the instructions on this note and you will receive your package as soon as possible.

Your orders are subject to a trial period of 14 days. Within this period you may view, review and/or try on the article, unless otherwise stated. You can return almost all items purchased at Dutch Designers Outlet ® complete and - as far as reasonably possible - in their original condition and packaging within the trial period.
